My first job out of college was as a flower gardener, I loved composting, planting experiments, turning my lawn into meadows and reading about permaculture and rewilding. Then my time and focus changed when I had two young children to care for. It wasn't easy to reorient the early days of family life around enjoying the outdoors together, but I finally found an "in" when my daughter wanted to make fairy houses. Now our mission is to bring the big lessons of caring for nature into playful and magical time that children can enjoy and explore by themselves.
